If the logo you uploaded to Crik-IT is has type of ".png", your logo on PDF versions of your orders, invoices, and order confirmations may look distorted.  Microsoft's reporting software does not support the .png format when exporting reports and forms to a PDF.  

Upload your logo in a jpg or gif format instead.
