Yes, in-house users with Crik-IT admin permissions can do this by clicking on the Tools tab, then the Make Bulk Changes button. From there, choose ContactNoteResponsible from the drop-down menu. Then choose the user you want to re-assign, and the user you want to reassign the contact notes to. You have the option to filter which contact notes to change based on contact note date, contact note type, and contact note status. Then, click the Change Contact Note Responsible User button. When Crik-IT has finished reassigning the contact notes, it will display a message telling you how many contact notes have been reassigned.
Note: the new user will not get an email alerting them that the contact notes have been assigned to them.
