The order desk email address is the main email address that will receive a copy of each order submitted in Crik-IT.
Tell Crik-IT which email address to use as the order desk email in the Crik-IT/ QuickBooks Config Menu, accessible via the Tools tab.
Once you're in the Crik-IT/QuickBooks Config Menu, go into 'Other Configuration'.
There you'll find the 'Where should we email orders entered into Crik-IT' section. Select 'Email to the email address below' option and enter in your primary order desk email.
Each time an order is submitted in Crik-IT, a copy of the order will be sent to this email address automatically.
