Only in-house users can be configured as a Crik-IT Administrator; a sales rep user cannot be a Crik-IT Administrator.
IMPORTANT: Note that by default, all in-house users are given Crik-IT Admin privileges.
If an in-house user is given Crik-IT Admin permissions, they will have access to the following functions from the Tools tab. Note that your portal may not have all of the following functions, depending on how your specific portal is configured.
