Overview

As an admin, you'll see all the orders entered in Crik-IT on the main page's Orders Entered in Portal tab—across all reps and all customers.

As a rep user, you'll see all the orders entered in Crik-IT for your assigned customers on the main page's Orders Entered in Portal tab.

If you're a rep who has access to other reps' assigned customers, you'll also be able to see orders for those reps' customers.

- Note: If you have B2B customer users, you'll also be able to see the orders they've entered in their Crik-IT portal.
You'll see the following columns on the Orders Entered in Portal tab grid:
- Edit → Clicking if the Edit hyperlink will redirect you to the order's Order Entry Page where you'll be able to edit the order if it is unsubmitted, and view the order if it is submitted.
- Order #
- Company Name
- RepID
- Standard → If this is a standard order there will a checkmark in this column.
- Confirmation # → If a QuickBooks estimate or invoice has synced back into Crik-IT you will see a hyperlink in this column. Clicking the link will redirect you to the transaction in Crik-IT.
- Confirmation Status
- Date → The order's date of entry
- CustomerInfo → Any value entered in the Customer Info field on the order will appear in this column.
- ReqShipDate → The Req Ship Date on the order.
- Submitted On → The date the order was submitted on.
- Note → Any value entered in the Note field on the order will appear in this column.
- Total → The orders' sales total.
- See Lines → Clicking on the Lines hyperlink will redirect you to the Order Lines Page where you'll see the order's item lines.
- Delete → Clicking the Delete hyperlink will delete the order from the portal.
Use the filters on the the main page's Orders Entered in Portal tab to find what you're looking for.
Find what you're looking for
Use the filter options to narrow down your search:
Please note: You must click the Search button (or press enter on your keyboard) to apply any filter options. Click Clear Search to reset the Orders grid.
- Check the 'Unsubmitted Orders Only' checkbox to filter for unsubmitted orders only. You can filter for unsubmitted orders only AND use the other filter options to narrow your search.
- Look for a specific customer's orders by entering their dealer number in the Customer # search bar; or enter their company name in the Customer Name search bar. Note: You can search using a wildcard by adding % before and after the value you enter in this field.
- Enter an order number in the Order # search bar to find a specific order. Note: You can search using a wildcard by adding % before and after the value you enter in this field.
- Enter a value in the Customer Info search bar to find orders that contain the value entered in the Customer Info field.
- Filter for all of a specific rep's orders by using the Rep dropdown.
- Use the 'Begin Order Date' and 'End Order Date' filters to look for orders that have an entry date that falls within the specified date range. Please note that the 'Begin Order Date' on the main page's Orders Entered in Portal tab defaults to one month prior to the current date.
- Use the 'Begin Submitted Date' and 'End Submitted Date' filters to look for orders that have a submission date that falls within the specified date range.
- Use the 'Begin Req Ship Date' and 'End Req Ship Date' filters to look for orders that have a Req Ship Date that falls within the specified date range.
- Use the date range filters in combination to narrow down your search further.
Please note: If you apply conflicting filters, you may not find what you are searching for. For example, if you check the 'Unsubmitted Orders Only' checkbox and enter a value that only appears on a submitted order in the 'Customer Info' search bar, the search will result in No Orders found.
Enable this tab for your users
To enable this for yourself or members of your team, follow the steps below:
1) Go to the Tools tab and Click On Maintain Permissions
2) There, select the user you wish to enable the main page's Orders Entered in Portal tab for.
3) Under the General Permissions section, check the 'See Main Page Orders Entered in Portal tab' checkbox.
