This help document goes over how to configure Crik-IT to see images on the order entry page. This feature can be turned on or off by user. 

1. Go to the Tools tab, in Maintain Permissions. 

2. Select the user you wish to set this up for. 

3. Scroll to find the 'Order Entry Permissions' section. Check the 'See quote/order line images' checkbox* to turn this feature on. 

* note: you will only see the 'quote' mention for this feature if you are on the Sales Force or Full Circle plan. 

4. Once this feature is turned on for your selected user, this user will be able to see images on the order entry page—whether it be a new order or a previous one. If there is no image for an item, a stand-in image will show on that item's line. 

For in-house users and sales rep users that can enter quotes, images will show on quotes as well. 

Notes:

• If the images on order lines feature is turned on for a customer and that customer cannot purchase a particular item, but that item is part of a bundle that they can purchase, the results might be unpredictable.
