We want to be sure you don't miss any orders entered through Crik-IT so we have a number of stop-gap measures in place.

First, Crik-IT is set up to automatically send an alert to the Order contact email address if a there is an order in the system that has not been submitted.  The purpose of this reminder email is to make sure that unsubmitted orders don't get lost or forgotten.  Crik-IT gives the user a day to submit an order, so this reminder is sent out on the second business day after the order is originally entered.

Then, when an order is submitted, your order desk receives an email with that order attached as a PDF, and:

• For QuickBooks desktop subscribers, within 3 minutes, that order will go to your Crik-IT Sync Manager (CISM) sync cloud.  The next time your CISM runs, it will download that order to your QuickBooks system as a new sales order.  CISM typically looks for new orders in the CISM cloud every 5 minutes.
• For QuickBooks Online subscribers, within 3 minutes, that order will go to your QuickBooks Online system as a new estimate.

We also send an email to your order desk email address for submitted orders if they do not get sent successfully to your QuickBooks (which very rarely happens).  Again, the purpose of this email is to make sure orders don't get lost.  We have seen this issue happen, for example, when the order is for a customer that has recently been deleted from your QuickBooks system.  See this help document for more about what happens when there is an error when sending an order to your QuickBooks system.
