Yes!  Crik-IT can be configured to allow you to enter a negative price on a line. 

If you are not able to enter a negative price on a line when entering an order in Crik-IT, that's probably because your Crik-IT hasn't been configured to allow this. Submit a ticket telling us that you want us to configure your Crik-IT to allow this. (This will apply to ALL your users: in-house, rep, and customer users.)

Notes:

• It is not possible to enter a negative quantity on an order line. This is because QuickBooks will not allow a negative quantity on sales order.
• It is important that the total order amount is not less than $0.  QuickBooks will reject any orders with a negative total dollar amount.
