This help document is for in-house users set up as admins. 

Please note: 

• You can only accepting payments through CrikSales using the QuickBooks Online payment link if you use QuickBooks Payments with QuickBooks Online. 
• Only B2B customer users can pay for their invoices using the QuickBooks Online payment link.

Step 1: Go to the Tools tab and click on Company Configuration. 

Step 2: Under Feature Settings, click check the 'QBO payment link on invoices' checkbox. 

Optional: Decide whether you want the payment link to only appear for invoices that have already been emailed from QuickBooks. 

Step 3: Save your settings by clicking the 'Save' button. 

Result: All your B2B customer users will now have access to the QuickBooks Online payment link on their Invoices tab.
