You can upload custom pricing and quantity-based pricing directly in Crik-IT. Please reach out to us at support@crik-it.com if you'd like us to enable this feature for you.
Once enabled, you'll find the 'Upload Volume Pricing' feature in the Tools tab.
Please note: If you wish to set custom item prices and/or custom quantity-based prices for customers via the 'Upload Volume Pricing' feature, you must assign a Price Level to applicable customers in QuickBooks (click here). Crik-IT reads the Price Level assigned to a customer, then reads the item prices for that Price Level (from the uploaded spreadsheet) to determine which cost to display on orders and on the customer's Items tab.
Instructions
- Rows 2 through 5 show sample data.
- Do not delete or change row 1.
- Before entering your own price list info, delete from row 2 to the end.
- Do not add or change the columns.
- VendorSKU must exactly match the Name of your QuickBooks item, and cannot exceed 50 characters.
- ItemDesc is ignored by Crik-IT. It's here for your information and use only.
- SRP01 is the Suggested Retail price that will be used if the quantity being ordered is greater than 0 and less than or equal to QtyBreak01. This is shown as the SRP on the customer's item list in Crik-IT and on the Price List report that customer users can print from Crik-IT.
- Cost01 is the price Crik-IT will use on orders if the quantity being ordered on an order line is greater than 0 and less than or equal to QtyBreak01, and is shown as the Cost on the item list in Crik-IT.
- SRP02 is the Suggested Retail price that will be used if the quantity being ordered is greater than QtyBreak01 and less than or equal to QtyBreak02.
- Cost01 is the price Crik-IT will use on orders if the quantity being ordered on an order line is greater than 0 and less than or equal to QtyBreak01, and is shown as the Cost on the item list in Crik-IT.
- SRP03 through SRP10, and Cost03 through Cost10 work similar to SRP02 and Cost02.
- If the quantity being ordered does not fall within one of the 10 QtyBreak ranges, the price from the QB item will be used.
- Note that Costs in this spreadsheet & in Crik-IT is different from the cost in QB item. In QB, cost is YOUR cost from your vendor. In Crik-IT, Cost is the price your customer pays you… i.e. it is THEIR cost.
- PricelistID must exactly match the price list code you enter for your customers. If you don't have different prices for different customers, leave this column blank.
- If you don't include a line for every item for a price list, missing items will use the price info from the QB item.
