Notes:

• Ship-to addresses that come over to Crik-IT from your QuickBooks cannot be changed in Crik-IT.  If changes are needed, make those changes in QuickBooks.  The next time your sync manager sends changes to Crik-IT (typically every 30 minutes), the ship-to address changes will be available in Crik-IT.
• Even if your ship-to addresses from QuickBooks are available in Crik-IT, your rep and in-house users can add other ship-to addresses for customers in Crik-IT.  Ship-to addresses entered directly into Crik-IT do NOT go to your QuickBooks system.
