If you are asked to email us the CISM log files, here's where to find them.
There is a folder that contains log files from CISM. Here's how to get to that folder... in Windows Explorer, go to %localappdata%, like so:
Open the CrikITSyncer folder.
Email us these files:
In the CrikITSyncer folder:
- CISMLastCtl.txt
- RemoteConnectorService.ini
In the CrikITSyncer\CDATA folder:
Email us the most recent [date].txt and CDATA_Provider log file.
In the CrikITSyncer\CISM folder:
Email us the most recent Debug log file that has size greater than 0 KB.
Next we'll grab a couple of QuickBooks log files: go to %ProgramData%, like this:
Then open the Intuit folder:
Next, open the QuickBooks folder:
Email us these two files:
- qbsdklog.txt
- qbsdkold.txt
