The Intuit tool that 3rd party app developers (like Crik-IT) use sends the following as the customer Contact:
- If there is a contact under the contacts tab that is marked as "Primary Contact" (see #1 in the image below), the name from that contact is sent to us as the customer contact.
- If there is NOT a contact under the contacts tab that is marked as "Primary Contact", the Full Name from the QuickBooks customer record (#2 in the image below) is sent to us as the customer contact.
- If there is not a contact under the contacts tab that is marked as "Primary Contact", and if the Full Name on the QuickBooks customer record is blank, the customer contact sent to us will be blank.
