Your company's total sales in Crik-IT's reports for a specific time period should match your QuickBooks report totals for the company for the same time period. If they don't match, here are some things to check:

Try re-syncing your data:

If you use QuickBooks desktop, first from Crik-IT Sync Manager (CISM), do a full sync; then sync your data from the Crik-IT/QuickBooks Config Menu. (To access the Crik-IT/QuickBooks Config Menu, you have to log into Crik-IT using the main user name... this is the user name you used when you set up Crik-IT, then go to the Tools tab.)

If the company totals still don't match, let's do some digging to try to figure out why there are differences. Here are ideas on what to do:

We're going to compare Crik-IT sales to QuickBooks sales for a particular date range. In Crik-IT, go to Reports, Sales History, enter the beginning date and ending date of the date range you want to focus on, choose to sort by "RepID, Customer, & Invoice#", then run the report. Go to the last page of the report and make a note of the total sales figure.

Then, go to QuickBooks and run the Sales by Customer Summary report for the same date range as you selected above. Does the total match the total you made note of from Crik-IT? If so, great!

If the totals don't match, now we have to roll up our sleeves and dig into some details. Compare the totals by customer in the Crik-IT Sales History report you ran to the customer totals in the QuickBooks Sales by Customer Summary report you ran. Find discrepancies? First, are you using Jobs in QuickBooks? Make sure you are bringing jobs over to Crik-IT (by default, they don't come into Crik-IT). You can check this from the Crik-IT/QuickBooks Config Menu. Also, check to see if specific invoices are on the QuickBooks report but not on the Crik-IT report, or vice versa.
