Opportunities represent potential sales for your customers or leads.
Reps and in-house users can keep track of Opportunities in Crik-IT. Reps can only see Opportunities that are assigned to them.
In-house users can see all Opportunities.
Customer users cannot see Opportunities at all.
Opportunities are attached to either a Customer or a Lead.
From the Opportunities tab, you can click on the Opportunity name to see more information about the Opportunity.
When an Opportunity is assigned to a rep, if that rep is set up as a Rep user in Crik-IT, Crik-IT will automatically email the rep to let him know that an Opportunity has been assigned to him.
Contact Notes can be attached to an Opportunity so you can keep track of tasks that you need to do for the Opportunity... or you can keep notes on your phone conversations, emails, and other communications relating to the Opportunity.
In-house users can customize what shows up in the Opportunity Type, Source, and Stage drop-down lists. When you customize the Stage drop-down list, you can also indicate a probability associated with that stage. Customizing these drop-down values can be done by in-house users from the Tools menu, Maintain Drop Down Values area.
Opportunity reports are available in the Reports tab. One report is an opportunity listing. Another is a pipeline report by rep showing statistics regarding open, won, lost, and in process opportunities... this is a great sales management tool!
Note: The Opportunities tab itself, or some fields on the Opportunity page may not appear depending on how your vendor has configured Crik-IT.
