Crik-IT is designed to present as much information as quickly and cleanly as possible via spreadsheet-like screens
Customer information comes from the vendor's order processing system and cannot be changed in Crik-IT.

In-house Users get to see ALL customers.
Sales rep Users get to see only the customers assigned to them as defined in the vendor's internal system.
Customer Users only see their own information.
There are two types of Customer Users:

Customer Management user - see their current balance, costs, invoice history and other sensitive information.

Customer Staff user - don't see balance, costs, invoices, etc.,but they do have access to your product information and other information they need to effectively sell your products.
