Some errors are caused by the connection token between QuickBooks Online and Crik-IT being out of date. Refreshing the connection token between QuickBooks Online and Crik-IT improves the occurrence of these errors.
If Crik-IT support recommends refreshing the connection between QuickBooks Online and Crik-IT, follow the steps below to disconnect and reconnect Crik-IT to QuickBooks.
(This is for the latest version/view of QuickBooks Online, if you have the previous view, the layout may be slightly different. Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance).
Step 1: In QuickBooks Online, go to the integrations section, and click on Crik-IT.
Step 2: There, click the three dots and then 'Disconnect'.
Step 3: You'll be redirected to the Crik-IT/QuickBooks Config Menu page. There, click on 'Connect to QuickBooks'.
Step 4: A QuickBooks App Store Window will appear. (Please ensure that your browser settings allow pop-ups and redirects). There, click 'Connect'.
Step 5: Once you're reconnected you should see the Crik-IT/QuickBooks Config Menu page. You can close that tab.
Step 6: Go to your Crik-IT integration in QuickBooks Online and click on launch.
