Crik-IT has two address lines for a customer. QuickBooks has five address lines for a customer. So, Crik-IT has to decide which of QuickBooks' address lines to use. Here's how Crik-IT determines this:
- Is the QuickBooks first address line equal to the customer's name AND the QuickBooks second address line equal to the customer contact name? Note: by default QuickBooks uses the customer name as the first billing address line and the customer contact as the second billing address line.
- If yes, Crik-IT uses the 3rd billing address line in QuickBooks as the first address line in Crik-IT, and the 4th billing address line in QuickBooks as the second address line in Crik-IT.
- Is the QuickBooks first address line equal to the customer's name OR the QuickBooks first address line equal to the customer contact name?
- If yes, Crik-IT uses the 2nd billing address line in QuickBooks as the first address line in Crik-IT, and the 3rd billing address line in QuickBooks as the second address line in Crik-IT.
- If neither of the two conditions above is true:
- Crik-IT uses the 1st billing address line in QuickBooks as the first address line in Crik-IT, and the 2nd billing address line in QuickBooks as the second address line in Crik-IT.
