When signing up for a free trial of the Crik-IT Portal for QuickBooks, if your browser is configured to block pop-ups, the sign-up process will be interrupted.  But, have no fear, this article tells you how to get beyond this temporary obstacle!

Depending on which browser you use, the behavior will be different.  

Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge

If you are using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, if pop-ups are blocked, you will see something similar to this in the address bar:

Click on the item that is circled in the screenshot above.  You will then see something similar to the image below.  Click on "Always allow pop-ups..." and click Done:

Now refresh your page and you will be able to continue signing up for your free trial!

Mozilla Firefox

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, if pop-ups are blocked, you will see something similar to the circled item below in the address bar.  You may also see a button that says "Options":

• Option 1: If you see the Options button, click that, then click the "Allow Pop-ups" option.
• Option 2: If you don't see the Options button, click the item circled in the image above, then click "Block" as outlined below:

... then click Allow:

In both options, now Refresh the page and you will be able to continue signing up for your free trial!
