By default, Crik-IT attributes all sales for a customer to the rep associated with that customer. Some companies need to have sales attributed to the rep who made the particular sale, regardless of the rep associated with the customer. Here's how to do that.

Get to the Crik-IT Configuration menu.
- Log into the Crik-IT app using your administrator username... this is usually the username you used when you originally signed up for Crik-IT for QuickBooks Online.
- Click on the Tools tab.

Click on the Crik-IT / QuickBooks Config Menu button. It may take a minute for the configuration menu to appear.
- From the Crik-IT Configuration menu, click the Other Configuration button.
- Select 'Other Configuration'
- About halfway down the page, you'll see this section:
- You can choose to whether Crik-IT should use Location, Class, or a custom field on the transaction to indicate the sales rep.
Notes:
- If you select anything other than "We don't assign reps to transactions in QuickBooks Online", when sending a submitted order to QuickBooks, Crik-IT will assign the rep to the QuickBooks transaction (invoice or estimate) as:
- If the order was originally entered by a rep user, the rep who initially entered the order will be used as the rep on the QuickBooks transaction.
- If the order was originally entered by an in-house or customer user, the rep from the customer record will be used as the rep on the QuickBooks transaction.
