Email this order to your customer?
This only shows for reps and management users.
Check the "Email the order to your customer" checkbox if you'd like a copy of the order to be sent to your customer when the order is submitted.
- If there is a standard order for a customer, the customer email address on the standard order will be used as the customer email on all other orders.
- If there is no standard order, and there is a customer email address defined in customer settings, it will be used as the customer email on orders.

If there is no standard order and no customer email address defined in customer settings, the customer's email address in QuickBooks will be used as the customer email on orders.
- If there is none, the customer email field on orders will be blank.
- Note: You can edit the customer email on orders.
If you want to send to multiple email addresses for your customer, enter them in the Customer's Email address area, separated with a semicolon (;).
