One of the really cool things about the Crik-IT portal is that you can quickly see the transactions that have been processed that related to a specific warranty claim.  These transactions include replacement part orders, labor credits, part credit memos, etc..  To see this info, go to the list of warranty claims in the portal.

When logged into the Crik-IT Portal as a customer user, make sure you're on the Home tab, then click on See Previous Claims.

This will take you to the list of claims previously entered into the portal.  From here, find the warranty claim you're interested in, then click the See Transactions link for that claim.

Here you will see any transactions (e.g. orders, credit memos, invoices) that the vendor has processed related to this claim.  How cool is that?!
