- Log into Crik-IT with your administrator username.
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Click on the Portal User Information report, in the Other Reports section.
- Accept the default values on the option grid page, and click the Run Report button. See sample report below.
Note that if you need to delete or add users, you can do this from the Tools tab.

You will see usernames broken down by user type. Note that a customer "staff" username is automatically set up when you create a username for one of your customers. "Staff" usernames do not count towards your user count totals for billing purposes.
