You can also add a new rep through 'Maintain Reps'.
That said, please note that adding a new rep through 'Maintain Reps' does NOT create a rep user account. To add a rep user account, you can follow the steps outlined in this help document.
The option to add a new rep is there should you wish to add a rep that you will assign to customers in QuickBooks.
If you wish to use 'Add New Rep' to add a rep that you will assign to customers in QuickBooks, you must make sure the RepID that you assign to their customer(s) in QuickBooks is an exact match to the Rep Code in Crik-IT.
Crik-IT looks at the RepID you assign to customers in QuickBooks to determine which reps should automatically appear in 'Maintain Reps'. So, if you add a new rep in Crik-IT through 'Add New Rep' but the RepID you used for your new rep in QuickBooks is not an exact match for their Rep Code in Crik-IT, Crik-IT will not map the two together. Instead, you will see two different reps in Crik-IT.
