This article goes over how to change the default labeling for 'SKU' and 'Product Line' in your Crik-IT portal. This configuration option is available to subscribers on all plans.

Overview

Start by going in the Tools tab and click on 'Company Configuration' under 'Other Tools'. 

You'll then see a textbox next to ''SKU' label default', and a textbox next to ''Product Line' label default'. 

What you type into each textbox will become the new label/name for 'SKU' and 'Product Line' across your Crik-IT portal, for all your portal users. So, for example, if you want the 'SKU' in Crik-IT to be called 'Item', and the 'Product Line' to be called 'Category' you can configure it so.

The labels you choose for those fields will be reflected everywhere in the portal, such as on all transactions, and on all reports.
