The Customers Who Haven't Purchased report is available to subscribers who are on our Sales Force or Full Circle plan.

We've enhanced the Customers Who Haven't Purchased report to be able to search through data from order confirmations, orders entered in Crik-IT, and quotes entered in Crik-IT, in addition to invoices! Click here for a video on this.

This way, you get to see your customers' most recent transaction for the item or product line you are running the report for, allowing you to generate the most accurate report when it comes to purchasing history and frequency. 

How It Works 

We've added a "Search based on" filter option that lets you choose if you wish to see the customers who haven't purchased based on data from invoices, order confirmations, orders entered in Crik-IT (both submitted and unsubmitted), quotes entered in Crik-IT; and, from a combination of these options, or from all these options combined. 

• Search based on: 
  • Invoice data: If checked, Crik-IT will search through invoice data to determine which customers should be included on the report, based on your filter options. 
  • Order Confirmation data: If checked, Crik-IT will search through order confirmation data to determine which customers should be included on the report, based on your filter options. 
  • Crik-IT Orders: If checked, Crik-IT will search through data from both submitted and unsubmitted portal orders to determine which customers should be included on the report, based on your filter options. 
  • Crik-IT Quotes: If checked, Crik-IT will search through data from quotes entered in the portal to determine which customers should be included on the report, based on your filter options. 

Important Note: In order for the report to recognize that an item has been ordered and/or sold, the item must still be in the Crik-IT item file AND the item must on at least one of the filtered transactions with a quantity greater than 0. If using Order Confirmations, both the Open Quantity and the Shipped Quantity are taken into account.

We've also enhanced the Customers Who Haven't Purchased report to include more filter options, so that you can get greater insight on your customers' purchasing behaviour as well as tap into untapped opportunities within your customer base. 

The new filter options allow you to see which customers have bought pencils from you, for example, but haven't bought sharpeners; or which customers have made purchases from your gel pen line, but haven't purchased an ink pen from you since a specific date.
