The Customers Who Haven't Purchased report is available to subscribers who are on our Sales Force or Full Circle plan.
We've enhanced the Customers Who Haven't Purchased report to include more filter options so that you can get greater insight on your customers' purchasing behaviour as well as tap into untapped opportunities within your customer base. Click here for a video on this.
In essence, the new filter options allow you to see which customers have bought pencils from you, for example, but haven't bought sharpeners; or which customers have made purchases from your gel pen line, but haven't purchased an ink pen from you since a specific date.
This means that, in addition to the data you can already gather from the report, your sales team can configure the report to show the following:
-
All customers who have either never purchased* and/or not purchased since a given date:
-
any item, but have purchased at any time:
- any other item OR a specific item OR from a specific product line.

*Note: The data used for the Customers Who Haven't Purchased report typically dates back 1, 2, or 3 years, depending on how your portal is configured.
Important Note: In order for the report to recognize that an item has been ordered and/or sold, the item must still be in the Crik-IT item file AND the item must on at least one of the filtered transactions with a quantity greater than 0. If using Order Confirmations, both the Open Quantity and the Shipped Quantity are taken into account.
The report has also been enhanced to search data available in Crik-IT, across invoice history, order confirmations, orders entered in portal (submitted or unsubmitted), as well as quotes entered in portal—depending on how you configure the report. Click here for more information on this.
